About the Role

The Remote Analytics Specialist plays a pivotal part in enhancing our understanding of performance metrics and root causes. Leveraging global analytics tools, you will define actionable insights and create tailored solutions to address local needs not covered by the global roadmap.

You will be motivated by continuous improvement of business outcomes and have a positive mindset, taking ownership of your daily work and responsibility for your own learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide analytics to validate hypotheses and support business decision-making
  • Create and run ongoing reports to build continuous insight into local performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Analyse relevant data sources to create accurate and compelling insights
  • Generate insights to support the Experience Design Manager in creating awareness and triggering action to create great customer experiences and maximise business outcomes

Towards this End

You will collaborate closely with group Remote Analytics to align on common priorities and ways of working, as well as share insights. Additionally, you will ensure collaboration with Sales and Resolutions, and other relevant stakeholders within country RCMP to share actionable insights and contribute to continuous improvement.
