Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering data analytics and insights that drive strategies for improved outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and enhance existing dashboards and reports across platforms
  • Assist with time-sensitive and core operational reporting activities
  • Partner with stakeholders to interpret business needs and design fit-for-purpose reporting solutions
  • Build operational and management reports that track key performance indicators and operational metrics
  • Support data analysis, trend identification and insight generation to inform strategic decisions

Requirements:

  • Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Minimum 2 years data analysis and insight experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in economics, statistics, mathematics, engineering, science, information technology or computer science (highly desirable)
  • Proficiency in Tableau for building and maintaining interactive dashboards
  • Proven experience in uncovering trends and patterns in data to generate actionable insights
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insight
