A challenging opportunity exists for an experienced inventory leader to oversee and improve the accuracy, efficiency, and management of inventory processes within our organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective inventory control systems, ensuring accurate stock levels, and identifying areas for process improvements.

This role requires strong leadership skills to lead and motivate a team, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, proficiency in INFOR and Netstock, and strong data management skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing inventory control systems
  • Maintaining accurate stock levels and investigating discrepancies
  • Liaising with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to ensure efficient inventory management
  • Leading and motivating a team to achieve inventory management goals
  • Providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders
