Development Trainer

As a Training and Development Professional, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the skills of frontline officers within our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify training requirements and develop strategies to address these gaps.
- Design and deliver high-quality training programs that align with industry best practices and organisational policies.
- Provide expert coaching and feedback to staff to improve their performance and achieve desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective training policies and procedures.
- Evaluate internal training programs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Establish and maintain strong communication channels with clients and stakeholders to enhance service delivery and promote organisational excellence.
- A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) or an accredited tertiary qualification in adult education is highly regarded.
- Flexibility to work occasional afternoon shifts may be required, with shift penalties applying.
