About Us

LeanFit Performance is a fast-growing coaching team on the Sunshine Coast, dedicated to helping busy professionals achieve life changing results. With over 500 client transformations and 10+ years of industry experience, our head coach leads with proven systems and mentorship. We're looking for a passionate, driven Personal Trainer/Exercise Science Coach to join our team and grow with us.

The Role

We're seeking a coach who is eager to learn, loves training, and wants to develop their skills within a supportive and high-performance environment. This role is perfect for someone who wants to be mentored, gain hands-on experience, and work with a diverse range of clients in both one-on-one and online coaching.

What We're Looking For

  • A qualified Personal Trainer or Exercise Science professional (Cert III & IV in Fitness minimum – degree in Exercise Science a bonus).
  • Someone passionate about helping others achieve real results.
  • Coachable, eager to learn, and committed to upskilling.
  • Flexible schedule: early mornings, middays, and evenings as required.
  • Professional, reliable, and excellent with people.
  • Previous coaching/PT experience preferred, but not essential if you bring the right attitude.
