Horse Riding Professional Wanted

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Horse Trainer/Rider to join our team. This is a full-time position available in Tylden, Victoria.
The ideal candidate will be able to ride 8-10 horses per morning with emphasis on riding pace/timed work and jump outs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and educate young horses to prepare them for racing.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of our stables.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of full-time professional experience as a Horse Trainer/Rider or equivalent relevant experience with a qualification.
- Knowledge and experience of horse training and handling methods specific to thoroughbred racing.
- Proven ability to train and educate young horses.
- Ability to pre-train young horses where required.
- Strong communication skills for taking instruction and providing information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Sound knowledge of health and safety obligations and demonstrated skills in safe equipment operation.
- Reliability and excellent horsemanship skills.
