Dynamics 365 Senior Business Solutions Expert

This position involves delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions for clients. As a seasoned consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting CRM systems to meet the unique needs of our clients.
Day-to-day tasks include conducting thorough requirement analysis, providing management consulting services, ensuring seamless integration with other Microsoft products, and offering ongoing support and training for end-users.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead complex implementations of Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service) solutions
- Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, design CRM solutions, and deliver results-driven outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Provide post-go-live support and develop continuous improvement strategies to optimize client satisfaction
- Proven experience in Dynamics 365 CE implementations with a minimum of 8 years
- Strong understanding of customer engagement processes and CRM best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Microsoft certifications are highly valued
