We are seeking a skilled professional to provide high-quality care and support to our residents. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work collaboratively with other professionals to assess residents' needs, develop and implement personalized care plans, and ensure exceptional standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop tailored care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident
- Respond promptly to concerns and requests from families and caregivers
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of aged care documentation requirements
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for residents
- Serve as a mentor and support colleague to care and service staff
- E nsure compliance with aged care regulations and standards
- Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA)
- Experience in delivering clinical care within aged care or healthcare settings
- Strong planning, coordination, and mentoring skills
- Ability to guide staff in wound management, diabetes care, and medication systems
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- Flexibility: Full-time, part-time, and casual roles available
