Your expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Model (LLM), and Natural Language Processing (NLP) will be invaluable in guiding non-technical stakeholders through complex challenges. In this role, you will communicate regularly with project stakeholders, maintain compliance with Macquarie's regulatory standards, and mentor junior analysts to foster a successful project delivery environment.

With a Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, you possess the necessary skills to excel in this position. Your proficiency in Python, experience with Generative AI frameworks, and Deep Learning algorithms will enable you to build Chatbots using OpenAI python packages, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pytorch, and TensorFlow.

You will also leverage your experience building Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solution end-to-end, testing, and evaluating RAG solution performance, as well as utilizing Data Science platforms such as Azure Machine Learning Studio and Dataiku.

A competitive salary of $180,000 - $220,000 per annum reflects the value we place on your expertise and contributions. Our comprehensive benefits package includes hybrid and flexible working arrangements, one wellbeing leave day per year, up to five additional days leave based on length of service, and paid volunteer leave and donation matching.
