We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our On-Site Facilities Management team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of facilities management and building maintenance for our Australia Post Tullamarine Cluster.
Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with our clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage occupier and client relationships to ensure service delivery expectations are met
- Deliver customer and property services to a portfolio of buildings
- Conduct building inspections and complete reports within governance timeframe
- Maintain compliance with regulations and requirements of client contracts and facilities procedures
- Proactively contribute to the effective and efficient operations of portfolio/facilities and share continuous improvement initiatives
- Liaise with facilities vendors and coordinate facilities works in conjunction with JLL PDS account team
- Deliver facilities-related projects in line with agreed budget or works
- Proactive management and monitoring of service outputs to achieve standards against KPIs and service level targets, report regularly to key stakeholders
- Prior experience working in an industrial environment and across multiple sites is critical
- Tertiary qualifications in Property, Facilities, or Trade-related fields are desirable but not mandatory
- Understanding of basic technical aspects of property is advantageous
- Experience in front and back-office processes is required with strong administrative skills
- Strong customer service focus with excellent people skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
- Proactive and motivated with excellent time management and organisational skills in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in management of operational facilities with hard FM skills
