Facilities Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our organization.

As a key member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of company facilities and utilities. This involves monitoring and adjusting maintenance policies to improve performance and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the maintenance manager to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies.
  • Defining guidelines for maintenance policies and procedures.
  • Performing critical analysis and periodic review of operational manuals for machinery and equipment.
  • Collecting and disseminating best practices within the organization and externally to enhance intervention execution.

To be successful in this role, you will have a demonstrated level of experience and understanding of fundamental engineering principles, particularly in the FMCG manufacturing sector. A recognized degree in a suitable engineering discipline is required.

A strong communicator with good interpersonal skills, you will be able to influence at all levels. Experience with electrical and electronic control systems, PLCs, HMIs, VSDs, and robotics would be advantageous.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, striving to improve both the organization's and their own performance. They will be a team player who can work independently and collaboratively as needed.
