Strategy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategy Manager to join our team at the Skills and Training Academy (STA) in Osborne, South Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement the strategy for the South Australian campus of the STA.
- Collaborate with Joint Partners to define the proposed learning curriculum for the SA STA.
- Prepare and deliver internal and external briefings and workshops to ensure key stakeholders are informed on project progress.
- Lead the implementation of the STA and other future training infrastructure projects at ASC.
- Develop an implementation plan to achieve Initial Operating Capability phase for the SA STA.
- Coordinate the delivery of inputs to internal/external workshops, including coordination of internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as required.
- Provide leadership to the broader STA team, with up to 4 direct reports.
- Ensure the delivery of ASC's support to STA pilot workforce growth initiatives.
- Qualification in project management, training, or equivalent experience in project management and strategy definition.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in a complex project environment with responsibility for defining strategy, ideally in the delivery of technical training/education programs.
- Demonstrated understanding of project strategy creation and alignment to organisational goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, time management, and organisational skills are critical for this role.
- Autonomous, adaptable, pragmatic, goal-directed, and capable of managing multiple priorities with limited direction.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and excellent negotiation and persuasion skills are required.
This role requires a current National Police Clearance, an Australian Defence Security Clearance, and an ability to access protected US defence technology. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearances and approvals.
Whilst ASC will accept all applications for this role, as this role requires an ability to access protected US defence technology, applicants holding nationality of certain foreign countries will not be eligible.
