Venue Leader

This is a pivotal leadership position within the venue management team, responsible for overseeing the smooth day-to-day operation of the gaming room, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Main Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage gaming activities to guarantee adherence to all applicable laws and standards.
- Maintain gaming equipment and facilities to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for patrons.
- Train, schedule, and support gaming staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Assist the Venue Manager in daily operations, including dining area, bar, and guest-related activities.
- Provide high-level support to the leadership team and collaborate with marketing to develop promotions and events.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality and enforce policies for guest satisfaction and safety.
- Proven experience in managing gaming facilities or equivalent gaming experience.
- Must possess required licenses (RSA, RSG Modules).
- Excellent knowledge of food and drinks.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage staff and interact with guests.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to handle responsibilities efficiently.
- Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional service.
- Knowledge of local regulations and laws related to gaming activities.
