**About The Role**

The role of our Brand Ambassador is to assist DIY consumers through their paint purchasing journey at Bunnings stores in Carseldine, QLD, while ensuring they are purchasing the correct Dulux product to effectively achieve the best results. You will need to be confident to proactively engage with our customers, so you are able to understand their needs and offer great advice.

This position will see you working Saturday & Sunday’s from 9am to 2pm. You will ultimately work these days 7-8 weeks at a time, and this will reoccur 3 - 4 times a year.

**Responsibilities**
- Developing and maintaining key relationships
- Increase sales of Dulux product in each of the trial stores
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Confidently explain the benefits of our products to consumers.

**Skills & Experience**
- Be enthusiastic and self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Have excellent customer service skills (retail and hardware experience will be well regarded)
- Hold a valid driver’s license and have your own vehicle
- Be able to show initiative and problem solve.
- Results orientated with a positive attitude
- Retail sales or Merchandising will also be regarded
