Design Strategist

We are on a mission to design innovative solutions that shape the future of technology and business. As part of our strategic design team, you will play a crucial role in developing impactful ventures informed by deep consumer research and insights.

Our approach is centered around empathetic design thinking, where we identify key consumer pain points to create opportunities for growth and development. You will be responsible for conducting quantitative research investigations, developing ethnographic research, and contributing to trend analysis.

As a Design Strategist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop unique ideas through multidisciplinary workshops and meetings. Your expertise in divergent design thinking techniques will enable you to converge innovative ideas into tangible products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy and Research: Develop a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends to inform our design decisions.
  • Collaborative Design and Development: Contribute to the development of innovative solutions through collaborative design thinking and problem-solving.
  • Commercialization: Partner with product managers to bring new ventures and business builds to market.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Business, Psychology, Strategy, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating human-centered design capabilities.
  • Experience with ethnographic research, conceptual development, and industrial design.
