Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Contact Centre Team Lead to spearhead our Contact Centre team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and providing guidance and support to your team.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and develop their team to achieve business outcomes and role objectives. They will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage daily/weekly/monthly schedules via our workforce management system.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of approximately 15 Customer Service Coordinators
  • Setting targets and ensuring customer calls are handled professionally
  • Providing coaching and mentoring to team members
  • Developing and maintaining training and development plans for all team members
  • Ensuring the quality and relevance of client experiences

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience leading a contact centre team of at least 15 people
  • Excellent people management skills
  • A collaborative and engaging work style
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced and high-volume environments
  • Self-awareness and emotional intelligence
  • Excellent communication skills
