Education Support Role Overview

The Education Support role is a key position within the school that requires dedication and strong leadership skills. This full-time opportunity involves working closely with the senior leadership team to develop and deliver strategic services that drive the effective operation of the school.

This role involves providing a range of services, including analysis of complex problems and policy framework development. The Education Support class position supports educational services provided to students but does not include duties of teaching as defined in relevant legislation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and integration of curriculum and assessment systems aligned with Victorian Curriculum 2.0 and VTLM 2.0.
  • Design, implement and manage whole-school systems connecting operational data, people and processes across learning, wellbeing, communication, and compliance.
  • Strategically lead the use and coordination of school facilities and AV infrastructure for events, teaching and learning, and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with wellbeing, inclusion and sub-school teams to support student case management, referrals, documentation, and personalised planning.
  • Oversee digital enrolment processes, reporting cycles, staff onboarding, risk management systems, and internal communications.
  • Collaborate as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on strategic system trends, improvement opportunities and risk areas.
  • Build digital and operational capability across the school by leading training, producing accessible documentation, and embedding long-term workflows.
