Early Childhood Career Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual who shares our commitment to bringing learning to life and inspiring young children to reach their full potential.

The role involves working with children 0-5 years in an early childhood service. As an experienced Assistant Educator, you will have the opportunity to develop engaging educational programs that foster a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing educational programs for young children
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CHILDREN, FAMILIES AND COLLEAGUES
  • Collaborating with the centre team to create a safe and stimulating environment

Requirements:

  • Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services
  • Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Proven educator experience in an early childhood service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Current Working with Children Check / Blue Card / DCSI Clearance
  • First Aid certificate
