Early Childhood Education Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Education Professional to join our team.

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a positive impact in the lives of young children and their families.

The successful applicant will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality early childhood education and care, and will be able to work effectively with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time position working 38 hours per week.
  • The successful applicant will be required to develop and implement engaging and inclusive educational programs that promote the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of young children.
  • You will work collaboratively with other educators to plan and deliver educational activities that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of children.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with children, families, and the community is also an essential part of this role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver rich, engaging, and inclusive educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Support colleagues through intentional teaching, collaboration, and reflective practice.
  • Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and the team.
  • Promote positive behavior and maintain a safe, healthy environment that supports the well-being of children, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with the National Quality Framework, including laws, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the service through active participation in our Quality Improvement Plan.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's in Early Childhood and Care or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care from a nationally approved registered training organisation or an ACECQA-approved childcare qualification.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of the National Quality Framework.
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
  • Valid Employee Working with Children Check (Paid).
