Visual Merchandising Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Visual Merchandising Specialist to play a pivotal role in executing visually appealing showroom displays that maximize sales potential and uphold brand standards.


Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement floor layouts, merchandising, and visual displays aligned with company guidelines.
  • Maintain high visual presentation standards and ensure planograms are accurately followed in each store.
  • Manage stock placement, movement, and clearances to support sales performance.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Store Managers to enhance visual merchandising continuously.
  • Monitor product performance and provide recommendations to drive sales.
  • Maintain up-to-date store floor plans using Adobe Illustrator or similar design tools.
  • Provide weekly updates and visual refresh plans for store execution.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in retail furniture or homewares.
  • Excellent spatial awareness and attention to detail.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple sites.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or similar design tools.
  • A self-starter with a proactive and collaborative attitude.
  • Ability to travel regularly across stores and work autonomously.
