We are looking for permanent Project Support Officers, Project Managers and Program Managers based in Canberra to support this Integrated Work Package.
- Providing expert project management, project documentation, scheduling and estimation to ensure project deadlines and deliverables are kept accountable and delivered.
- Contribute to strategic planning, program and project management or policy development for the project, providing advice on innovation and business improvement.
- Support the preparation and drafting of complex correspondence, submissions or changes during the project.
- Plan, development, coordinate and deliver on end-to-end project management lifecycle.
- Represent the team and SPO as required to contribute to internal and external stakeholder groups on project related updates, deliveries and changes.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in Project Management or Project Support in a Defence environment, certifications in Agile, PRINCE2, PMBOK will be highly regarded.
- Related degree or qualification in project management, project support or defence related disciplines.
- Understanding of the capability life cycle and One Defence principles.
- Experience in governance, risk management and scheduling to manage SOPs, risks, issues, compliance and project timelines.
- Strong stakeholder management capability with clear written and verbal communication skills.
