About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Hilti (Aust) Pty Ltd. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for creating value in the allocated account's portfolio through professional field sales and high-level customer consultation in the defined territory within the Mining industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform customer calls as specified in the sales execution policy through pragmatic utilisation of time and territory management systems
  • Identify new business opportunities

Requirements
  • Previous experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or a customer-facing role
  • Experience working in, or selling into, the construction industry is highly advantageous
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Solution selling and customer-centric approach
  • A valid Australian driver's license
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite, smartphones, and experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM is desirable
  • Motivated and capable of working independently, managing your own call cycle
  • Proven negotiation and influencing abilities with advanced planning skills
