Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to support our Legal Operations team in driving efficiency, transparency, and certainty in legal matters.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients, Partners, lawyers, and colleagues to apply project management methodologies to live matters, leveraging their expertise to deliver high-quality results.

This role combines practical project management support, strategic growth leadership, and stakeholder/client relationship management, presenting a unique opportunity for a motivated professional to make a meaningful impact.

">Main Responsibilities
  • Working collaboratively with clients, partners, lawyers, and business support staff to design and manage efficient delivery of legal services.
  • Establishing oneself as a trusted specialist with Partners and lawyers locally and globally.
  • Providing expert project management advice and support to partners and matter teams on large and complex legal matters.
  • Developing and managing project trackers for large-volume legal reviews such as due diligence and discovery.
  • Implementing and managing RAID/RASCI logs to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Tracking progress against matter plans, budget, and agreed KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
About You
  • Demonstrable experience of project management in consultancy or professional services firms, including experience working within the legal industry.
  • Experience of the whole project lifecycle of legal matters, covering scoping, scheduling, costing, resourcing, communications, quality, and risk.
  • Excellent client-facing skills with a track record of establishing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
