Lead Maintenance Specialist

Our hotel is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Specialist to oversee the upkeep and maintenance of our property.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve issues that impact guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
