Marketing Campaign StrategistThis is a leadership role that involves developing and delivering comprehensive marketing strategies for property developments, from brand positioning to the buyer journey.We seek a proactive, creative, results-driven individual who thrives on strategy and executes with precision.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies across multiple developments, leveraging market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to adapt and improve campaigns based on buyer behavior and sales insights.
  • Manage external design consultants for key collateral, including branding, signage, and digital assets.
  • Oversee CRM management, customer journey mapping, automation, and lead nurturing workflows.
  • Confidently manage and update WordPress websites (Elementor) with strong SEO and digital performance tracking knowledge.
  • Plan and implement EDM campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and reporting.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies, including creative briefs and scheduling shoots.
  • Grow and manage social platforms (Instagram, Facebook) for various projects.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in off-the-plan property marketing with deep understanding of the buyer journey.
  • Proven ability to build, execute, and optimise integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Hands-on experience managing consultants, creatives, and internal teams for seamless campaign delivery.
  • Highly organised, strategic, and proactive – comfortable owning the entire campaign lifecycle.
  • Proficiency with digital tools (e.g., CRM systems, CMS, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite).
  • A bold, creative mindset – not afraid to push boundaries, think outside the box, and bring fresh energy to every campaign.
