Senior Account Manager Job Opportunity

This is an exciting role for a seasoned account manager to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading strategy and campaign delivery for a diverse portfolio of brands across various industries.

Your key responsibilities will include building and maintaining senior client relationships, overseeing team performance and workflow, and partnering with founders to guide agency direction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategy and campaign delivery for a dynamic portfolio of brands
  • Build and maintain senior client relationships as their trusted advisor
  • Oversee team performance, workflow, and resource planning across creative, PR, and digital functions
  • Partner with founders to guide agency direction and lead operational excellence
Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years in an account management role within a marketing, PR or creative agency
  • Proven experience leading integrated campaigns across digital, brand and PR
  • Confidence leading teams and managing agency workflows
  • Strong commercial acumen (budgets, ROI, forecasting)
  • Outstanding client relationship skills and stakeholder communication
