Workforce Systems Trainer

This role is an opportunity to work with a leading regional health service, utilizing your technical skills to enhance the functionality of our workforce systems.

Job Requirements:
  • You will be responsible for undertaking a Training Needs Analysis to understand where our current knowledge gaps are and developing training plans/material to close these gaps for current feature/functions.
  • Deliver training to both Clinical and Non-Clinical staff in person and remotely across Bendigo and the broader Loddon Mallee region.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of workforce systems and experience in training and development. You will need to become extremely familiar with the UKG Dimensions system and how it is used at Bendigo Health.
