Medical Secretary Role

At Icon, we are seeking a skilled Medical Secretary to join our team in North Lakes.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and organized individual to support our Radiation Oncology unit by providing exceptional administrative services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming patients and collecting personal details
  • Scheduling appointments and organizing day lists
  • Preparing consult rooms and paperwork
  • Answering telephone calls and responding to enquiries
  • Communicating with patients and other stakeholders

Key requirements for this role include excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and experience with medical terminology. Additionally, proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft Office applications is essential.
