About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Solution Architect to lead our pre-sales activities for key accounts and large-scale opportunities in the APAC and ANZ regions. As a key member of our Professional Services team, you will work closely with top brands and our most strategic customers to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and customer success.
  • Collaborate with account teams, delivery teams, product engineering, and professional services sales executives to deliver business outcomes.
  • Build trust and establish credibility with customers' architects, business, and technical stakeholders.
  • Plan and lead workshops to uncover customer needs, identify business objectives, and challenges to be solved.
  • Create and present holistic services responses and proposals, including services scope, staffing, and roadmaps to deliver against customer objectives.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience working in a top-tier consulting or technology organization.
  • In-depth understanding of digital platform implementations, including CMS, Customer Data Platforms, Analytics, Personalization, Ecommerce, Digital Asset Management, and Mobile strategies.
  • Balance of business and technology skills, with the ability to articulate high-level technical solutions to business problems and tie solutions to program success criteria.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to produce clear observations, analysis, and conclusions based on customer interviews and data.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to arrive at the best solution.
