Pool Administrator Position

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Pool Administrator to fill this critical role. The ideal candidate will have experience in administration, customer service, and pool management.

The Collegiate Pool is a 25m, six-lane, heated indoor pool located in Hobart, Tasmania. It offers a safe, clean, and friendly environment for swimmers of all ages and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage pool operations, including supervision of pool staff and maintenance of equipment;
  • Provide exceptional customer service to swimmers, parents, and other stakeholders;
  • Assist with lesson plans, swimming programs, and events;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required;
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the pool;

Essential Criteria:

  • Austswim and/or ASCTA certification;
  • Pool Lifeguard/First Aid certification;
  • Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable Persons (RWVP) or equivalent;
  • Criminal history check dated within three months of issue;
  • Administration/customer service experience;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Demonstrated experience working with children and families;
