As a Senior Customer Lending Expert, you will play a crucial role in helping customers achieve their goals by providing expert lending advice and support.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in customer-facing roles, particularly in lending, and possess a deep understanding of the home lending process. They will be able to build strong relationships with customers, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.

You will be responsible for proactively identifying and engaging potential referrals through targeted outreach strategies, leveraging market research and networking to generate new business opportunities from the ground up.

A key aspect of this role is your ability to develop and maintain a solid pipeline of contacts, ensuring a steady flow of new business opportunities. Your experience in sales and business development will enable you to negotiate and persuade clients to secure new business deals.
