Executive Liaison Role

The Chief Executive's right-hand officer is responsible for providing top-level administrative support to the CEO and senior executives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the CEO's schedule, stakeholders, meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for the CEO while maintaining a professional image that reflects positively on the organization amongst stakeholders.
  • Handling the CEO's correspondence, including responding to emails and letters on their behalf.
  • Collaborating with the Director of Strategic Engagement, Brand, and Marketing Communications to draft outgoing messages.
  • Coordinating the CEO's meetings with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring proper preparation of agendas and briefings.
