Job Title: Disability Support Worker

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to provide support to an adult requiring assistance with daily living tasks, personal care, and community access.

About the Role:

This role is perfect for someone who has a genuine passion for improving the quality of life for individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities. You will be responsible for providing person-centred support, enabling our client to live independently and participate in their community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide personal care, including toileting and catheter care
  • Support with community access, including outings and activities
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to achieve goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Experience working with individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities
  • Qualifications in Individual Support, Disability Support, Aged Care or equivalent
  • Current driver's license and own reliable vehicle (if required)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (if applicable)
