The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Operations Manager to join our team at EBOS Group Limited. As a key member of our pharmacy operations team, you will be responsible for managing our network of pharmacies and ensuring that operations are running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage client relationships nationwide within your portfolio of pharmacies.
  • Coordinate activities of Pharmacy Managers and Pharmacists-in-Charge towards achieving agreed financial targets and promote a positive team culture.
  • Ensure a high standard of pharmacy services and operations that is consistent, sustainable, and compliant with regional and national legislative requirements.

Requirements

  • Thorough understanding of relevant legislation and industry landscapes.
  • Highly developed persuasive interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor of Pharmacy and AHPRA registration.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to inspire, motivate, lead, and develop a team.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel and work away from home.
  • Goal orientated, with willingness to take responsibility and be accountable for achieving results in line with strategic plan.
  • Experience in the strategic planning, implementation and review of client servicing models that improve service delivery and increases market share and financial growth.
