Swimming Instructor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Swimming Instructor to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching swimming and water safety skills to students of all ages and abilities.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about swimming and enjoy working with children.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a patient and encouraging demeanor, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach swimming and water safety skills to students of all ages and abilities
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of students
  • Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
Requirements:
  • Certificate in Swimming Instruction
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certification
  • Working With Children Check and National Police Check
  • AUSTSWIM Teacher of Infant and Preschool Aquatics (desirable)
  • AUSTSWIM Teacher of Aquatics Access and Inclusion (desirable)
