Your Role in Our TeamWe are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for taking a holistic approach to the education, development, and care of children in our care. This will involve:
- Implementing and exceeding the National Quality Standards (NQS) quality areas.
- Observing children in our care, guiding, encouraging, and inspiring learning and self-awareness, documenting their experiences, and evaluating their daily care routines.
- Maintaining routines and structures that respond to the children's needs in your care, via caring and respectful relationships.
- Prioritizing an environment that is safety-first for children in our care and fellow team members, aesthetically uplifting, culturally welcoming, and positive.
- Regularly communicating with Lead Educators, Educational Leaders, and other Educational specialists about your learning experiences and developing skill sets.
- Being wise and respectful of diversity, while considering a team member child or family's cultural and community needs.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A completed Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care that is NQF approved.
- A current working with children check.
