Our Induction Program

We offer a comprehensive induction program for new Early Childhood Teachers, designed to support their transition into the role. This program includes:

  • Three months of continued support and training, allowing time off the floor to collaborate, learn, and grow professionally
  • A dedicated ECT Buddy to provide an extra layer of support as you settle into your role
  • Community Connection Sessions to network with other ECTs, Teacher Registration Partners, and Practice Partners

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to hold:

  • An ACECQA-approved Graduate Diploma, Bachelor, or Masters of Teaching (Early Childhood)
  • Alternatively, be working towards the above qualification
  • A current Blue Card
Qualifications Pathway Program (QPP)

If you're currently enrolled in an ACECQA-approved Graduate Diploma or Bachelor course, you may be eligible to participate in the Qualifications Pathway Program (QPP). This program offers paid time to study, progression payments, coaching, and mentoring, and support with study costs – all designed to help you achieve your goals.
