Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct change impact assessments to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Develop and implement communication plans to engage stakeholders and promote change
  • Support the development of training and implementation plans to ensure a successful transition
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including business members, project members, and external vendors
  • Facilitate change impact discussions to identify and quantify impacts, risks, and issues
Requirements
  • Experience in managing change impacting customer-facing staff
  • Knowledge of change methodologies and frameworks, such as ADKAR
  • Ability to work on a wide variety of change initiatives, from systems and process changes to cultural change and organizational realignment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop effective solutions
