We are seeking a skilled Change Manager to join our team at relatbl. As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for devising and delivering change strategies, communication plans, and training strategies to facilitate organizational change.
The successful candidate will be accountable for the change management of initiatives, with a focus on CRM and Telephony projects. You will report to the CRM and Telephony Project Manager and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct change impact assessments to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Develop and implement communication plans to engage stakeholders and promote change
- Support the development of training and implementation plans to ensure a successful transition
- Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including business members, project members, and external vendors
- Facilitate change impact discussions to identify and quantify impacts, risks, and issues
- Experience in managing change impacting customer-facing staff
- Knowledge of change methodologies and frameworks, such as ADKAR
- Ability to work on a wide variety of change initiatives, from systems and process changes to cultural change and organizational realignment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop effective solutions
