As a key member of our afternoon shift team, you will be responsible for planning and implementing daily runs and routing, ensuring all operations are supervised effectively and CoR requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Route Planning and Optimization: Develop and implement efficient daily runs and routing to meet customer needs and ensure timely delivery.
  • Booking and Scheduling: Manage bookings and scheduling to ensure seamless operations and meet customer expectations.
  • Operational Supervision: Supervise daily operations to ensure compliance with CoR requirements and company policies.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, drivers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues.
  • Emergency Management: Proactively manage unplanned emergencies and advise clients of any planned or unplanned delays.
  • Data Reconciliation and Reporting: Develop and complete data reconciliation and customer reporting on a weekly basis.
Requirements
  • FMCG Fleet Allocation Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in FMCG fleet allocation with a strong understanding of the Southeast Queensland region.
  • Manifesting and Allocation Skills: Strong manifesting and allocation skills with the ability to manage a large fleet of different trucks.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with varied stakeholders.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficient in Office 365, C3, Mobile Dock, and major booking portals and TMS.
  • Accreditation and Licenses: TLIF0006 Accreditation or willingness to obtain, and Forklift or Heavy Vehicle License advantageous.
