Agile Transformation Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Scrum Masters to join a high-performing team focused on transforming service delivery for thousands of Australians. This is a contract role working Monday to Friday, with the opportunity to be based in Melbourne or Geelong.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading Agile ceremonies such as sprints, retrospectives and daily stand-ups to facilitate efficient project execution.
  • Guiding teams across various Agile and hybrid delivery methods to optimize results.
  • Tracking progress, managing risks and ensuring timely delivery through effective project management techniques.
  • Coaching teams to improve Agile maturity by providing training and support.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead, with a proven track record of success.
  • Expertise in Agile frameworks including Scrum, SAFe and Kanban.
  • Proficiency in using tools like Jira and Confluence for project management and collaboration.
  • Confident project tracking, reporting and stakeholder engagement skills to ensure effective communication.
  • Leadership skills to motivate and guide teams towards achieving common goals.
