The Creative Producer plays a key role in developing professional performing arts practice within the region.

This role is instrumental in supporting artists at various stages of their careers through enabling professional development and enhancing access to resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop artistic programs, curate exhibitions, and engage audiences with innovative strategies.
  • Collaborate with local artists to foster growth and create new works.
  • Commission projects, facilitate partnerships, and build sustainable ecosystems.
  • Ensure alignment with regional needs and contribute to community development.
Requirements
  • Practical knowledge of contemporary performing arts practice.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Advanced documentation, planning, budgeting, and grant application skills.
  • Proficiency with computers and relevant software.
  • Current driver's license.
What We Offer

Competitive salary and benefits package.

Maximum term contract up to 31 December 2027.

38 hours per week, Monday to Friday (with flexibility for out-of-hours work).
