Job Title: Training Coordinator – Darwin

About This Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Training Coordinator to oversee the delivery of training operations across all qualifications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To coordinate and manage the day-to-day activities of trainers and assessors.
  • To plan, allocate and monitor resources for training sessions.
  • To conduct internal audits, validation and moderation sessions to ensure quality standards are met.
  • To assist in developing timetables, trainer allocations and student academic support plans.
  • To work collaboratively with the academic and compliance teams to ensure continuous improvement.
  • To provide administrative support during audits and external reviews.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or TAE40116).
  • Relevant industry qualifications.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role within an RTO/CRICOS environment.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
