Job Overview

The ideal candidate should have strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to negotiate and influence outcomes.

We are seeking a dedicated individual with hands-on experience in event organisation and coordination; ability to design and deliver in-house training.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff performance.
  • Coordinate multiple events and training sessions across corporate and community settings.
  • Collaborate with departments and stakeholders to achieve training objectives and improve overall organisational performance.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of training activities and materials.
  • Utilise Microsoft Office tools to support planning and reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Training, Business, or Human Resources Management, or minimum two years' experience in a related role.
  • Proven experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, or similar role with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Hands-on experience in event management and coordination; ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to negotiate, influence outcomes, and solve complex problems.
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office suite.
