About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager/Transaction Manager to join our team. As a hybrid role, you will be based in Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane and must have the capacity to attend the office.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a defined portfolio, including property transitions, inspections, and compliance monitoring. You will oversee finance, budgets, and rent roll management, ensuring building/statutory compliance and asset management. Your strong communication and negotiation skills will enable you to build and maintain relationships with landlords and site contacts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Property Management: Manage a defined portfolio of properties, including property transitions, inspections, and compliance monitoring.
  • Financial Management: Oversee finance, budgets, and rent roll management to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Compliance and Asset Management: Ensure building/statutory compliance and asset management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and site contacts, providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Australian Citizenship to comply with client requirements for AGSVA clearance.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in property transactions and associated services.
  • Tertiary qualification in Property, Real Estate, Business, Commerce, Law, or equivalent.
  • Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with ability to build relationship and rapport with varied stakeholders.
