Senior Cybersecurity SpecialistThis role requires a seasoned cybersecurity professional to lead and deliver high-complexity client projects. As a Senior Cybersecurity Specialist, you will be responsible for providing strategic security advice, governance, risk management, audit, and compliance services to clients.The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in cloud security architecture and the ability to develop and implement effective security strategies.You will work closely with clients to identify their security needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.Your day-to-day tasks will vary, from leading project teams to mentoring and coaching junior staff.Key responsibilities include:
  • Conducting security threat and risk assessments
  • Developing security roadmaps and strategies
  • Designing and implementing secure cloud architectures
  • Reviewing and refining policies, standards, and procedures
  • Evaluating emerging technologies and tools
  • Delivering security architecture advice
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you must have:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • An analytical mindset, particularly when it comes to technology and business risk
  • A self-starting team mentality, with the ability to lead projects and mentor others
  • Demonstrable evidence of strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong technical background in cloud security and related technologies
  • Experience working with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 frameworks
  • Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, or CISSP
