Job Opportunity
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that will be located in Regents Park. The candidate will work Monday to Friday and have flexibility to work from home as needed.
">- Handle invoicing, billing, and payments for clients.
- Review and amend contracts for customers.
- Perform various data entry tasks.
- Read and understand contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Verify quotes for accuracy and fairness.
- Provide support to colleagues as required.
Requirements
We are seeking an individual with:
- At least one year of experience in Administration or a similar role.
- Knowledge and understanding of contract reading and amending (desirable but not essential).
- Ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A motivated, fast-moving, and driven attitude.
