Job Opportunity

About the Role

This is a full-time position that will be located in Regents Park. The candidate will work Monday to Friday and have flexibility to work from home as needed.

  • Handle invoicing, billing, and payments for clients.
  • Review and amend contracts for customers.
  • Perform various data entry tasks.
  • Read and understand contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Verify quotes for accuracy and fairness.
  • Provide support to colleagues as required.

Requirements

We are seeking an individual with:

  • At least one year of experience in Administration or a similar role.
  • Knowledge and understanding of contract reading and amending (desirable but not essential).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • A motivated, fast-moving, and driven attitude.
