Job Opportunity

CQUniversity's School of Medical and Applied Sciences is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced academic to contribute to the delivery and development of our Medical Science programs.

Key responsibilities include teaching, curriculum development, unit coordination, student assessment, and research aligned with your expertise. Engaging with industry partners for clinical placements will also be part of your role.

We're looking for someone with innovative teaching approaches, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to applied education.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the next generation of medical science professionals.

Main Duties:

  • Teaching within the Medical Science discipline, including Bachelor of Medical Science, Bachelor of Medical Science (Pathway to Medicine), and other related programs.
  • Delivering lectures, tutorials, laboratories, and practical sessions.
  • Coordinating units and developing curriculum.
  • Assessing student learning and pursuing research activities.

This position requires strong skills in teaching, communication, and team work. The successful candidate will have a strong background in medical sciences and experience in delivering educational programs. They will also possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
