We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Academic Pathways Adviser to join our dynamic Students Directorate.
This position is crucial in supporting students through the recognition of prior learning and facilitating credit and articulation processes that allow for smooth academic progression.
In this role, you will assess and process credit for prior learning applications and ensure the accurate transfer of credits.
Additionally, you will deliver exceptional service to our diverse student community, resolve complex enquiries, and ensure that each application is handled efficiently.
Your analytical skills will be crucial as you compare learning outcomes from other universities with CQUniversity's standards, ensuring precise credit matching.
Your commitment to teamwork, attention to detail, and proactive approach will drive the success of the unit.

Proficiency in a range of systems and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, student management systems, CRM).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Ability to provide sound advice across cultural and educational backgrounds and interpret policy and procedures clearly.
A relevant degree and/or extensive experience in a similar role.
Desirable Understanding of Advanced Standing or Articulation processes.
