The Client Service Officer plays a pivotal role in supporting Health and Personal Injury Client Relationship Managers by delivering high-quality administrative and client-focused support. This includes ensuring our clients receive exceptional service while assisting with key administrative duties such as property risk management, tribunal reporting, and budget preparation.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative tasks including tribunal submissions, property management, and bill payments are supported by the CRM team.
- Accurate and up-to-date client records are maintained, with workflow monitoring and multiple inbox management.
- Exceptional service is provided to clients with complex needs, responding to enquiries via phone and email.
- In the absence of the CRM, the Client Service Officer acts as a key contact and liaises directly with clients as required.
- Compliance with relevant policies, Trust Deeds, and tribunal regulations is ensured.
- Internal and external stakeholders collaborate to support strong relationships and optimal client outcomes.
- A high-performing team environment is contributed to by providing support to colleagues and working collaboratively.
- Experience in the trustee, financial, or legal sector is highly regarded.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a respectful and empathetic approach to client interactions.
- Highly organised with strong administrative skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- A team player with initiative, resilience, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
