  • Define and prioritize initiatives from across the organization, providing thought leadership during execution from discovery to delivery.
  • Mentor and lead product managers, improving culture and product processes using creative methodologies.

  • You have proven experience in Agile working and well-developed stakeholder management skills.
  • You are experienced in developing and mentoring product managers and contributing to product chapter.
  • You possess exceptional people management, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • You have demonstrated experience working with and influencing senior stakeholders within a complex matrix environment.
  • You have complex problem-solving skills and the ability to manage change in an organization.
